材料
卷心菜100先,粉丝一包,五花肉,葱、姜、蒜,红椒,老抽、料酒各适量
做法
1、卷心菜洗净切丝,粉丝泡软。
2、五花肉切薄片,葱切片,姜切丝,蒜切片,红椒切丁。
3、起锅热油,下肉片滑炒出油,然后放干红椒、葱姜蒜爆香,加老抽、料酒略炒,再放入包菜。
4、当包菜变软出水时,下粉丝翻炒,放盐,让粉丝充分吸收炒出的水分。
5、直到粉丝入味变软,加入红椒炒匀即可。
